Urban Mart delivers products across Saudi Arabia. After your order is placed, our team will process and prepare it for shipment as soon as possible. Delivery time may vary depending on your city, courier service, and product availability.

Once your order is shipped, you may receive tracking details through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or the contact method provided at checkout. Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct to avoid delays.

Return & Exchange Policy

Urban Mart accepts return or exchange requests if the product is damaged, incorrect, or has a genuine issue at the time of delivery. To request a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and clear photos or video of the product.

Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging. Used, damaged by customer, or incomplete items may not be accepted for return or exchange.

Important Notes

Return or exchange requests should be made within the allowed return period mentioned by Urban Mart. Delivery charges may not be refundable unless the issue is from our side. Health & care products may not be returnable once opened due to hygiene reasons.

Refund Policy

Shipping charges may not be refundable unless the issue was caused by Urban Mart.
